THE POSITION:
Happy House apartments offer stylish and comfortable accommodation in the Krkonoše Mountains, in a quiet part of Špindlerův Mlýn, not far from the bottom station of the chair lift to Medvědín, with a view of the slopes on Medvědín and Svatý Petr.
ROOMS:
We offer accommodation in two 2 types of apartments with exclusive fixtures and fittings. 4 apartements of category LUX and 3 apartement of category KOMFORT.All rooms are non-smoking.
LUX Apartments – “romance over two floors“, living space 50 m2 over two floors (maisonette type):
Ground floor – fully equipped kitchen ( microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, coffee, tea, sugar, salt) kitchenette,working American stove, LCD TV – DVD – SAT, sofa bed for two people, large bathroom with WC (hair dryer available), door leading directly into the garden (each apartment has its own outside seating)
Upper floor -double bed,2 separate beds,safe, view of the Medvědín and Svatý Petr ski centres
KOMFORT Apartments – “closer to the clouds”, living space min 27m2, one room (attic), double bed, sofa bed for two people, fully equipped kitchenette, table with four chairs, LCD TV – DVD – SAT, bathroom with WC (hair dryer available)
Included in the price:
1 hour in the aqua park (valid for stays of at least 3 days), whirlpool bath, games room, Internet, welcome drink, barbeque, parking, 30% discount in the ski rental shop, 1 x barbeque party (valid for stays of at least 5 days), bike an in-line skate rental
PARKING:
Parking place is directly by the pension.

– food shop directly in the building where apart from food, it is also possible to buy pasteurised food for heating up in the microwave oven. There is a 10% discount on food purchased here.
Kids Club, games room
A spacious games room is available for children and for adults with the following equipment:billiards, table tennis, arhockey, darts, table football, s punch bag, toys and board games
In the summer time – a trampoline, swing and small climbing frame with a slide is available for use by children.
